A List for Your Tuesday

For those who are too short on time to dig through a thousand articles, but who still want to buy more Super Foods, here's the basic list of the "Top 40", in no particular order:

*  Best to buy organic…  Things that grow under the ground, or do not have a protective skin that is removed before eating, have the highest levels of residual pesticides.  And we don't want THAT on our Super Foods!

Also, conspicuously missing is steel-cut oats.  These are much less processed than the typical rolled oats we buy, and thus are closer in the natural goodness nature intended!

Also missing is soy, and for good reason.  The benefits of unfermented soy are seriously questionable -- and can mimic estrogen in your body!  Eat unrefined soy products in moderation only!
