Ginger Glazed Carrots

2 packages baby carrots
1/2 stick butter
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
2 T soy sauce


Really easy and fast!  I'm continuing on with Holiday-type recipes.  Please send me your requests!


Steam your baby carrots until tender, about 3-4 minutes.  Put the brown sugar in a microwave-safe dish with your butter, and melt (about a minute, depending on your microwave).  Stir in the ginger and soy.  Toss with your carrots and serve.
