For Fab Fiona again... Spinach Dip YUMMM!

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup each shredded parmesan and pecorino romano
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
dash of lemon juice
black pepper to taste

Grease an oven-proof pan, about 9x13".  Mix all your ingredients.  Transfer to dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and bubbly.  Best served HOT with tortilla chips, pita chips, or torn sourdough bread pieces!
