Well, expecting some snow, I am preparing to make more tomato bisque. I'm also doing my cuban marinated pork loin tonight, with saffron rice and spicy mango sauce. Also slated for this week are a potato leek quiche, and a dessert egg-roll with goat cheese, figs and walnuts in it.
Of course, after testing some of these new things out, I will post some recipes!
