1 bunch of green onion, chopped
2 T yellow mustard seeds "smooshed" with the back of a spoon
2 T butter
First, you may be wondering what the heck rapini is. Well, it's the greens from broccoli, and is high in many vitamins, including K and potassium! Blanch your rapini for a couple of minutes in salted, boiling water. Drain it.
In the butter, saute your green onions and mustard seed for a couple of minutes. Add your blanched rapini, and continue to saute until thoroughly cooked and tended. ENJOY!
