1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
8 egg roll wrappers
vegetable oil for frying
powdered sugar
Mix together your chopped dates and walnuts. Divide the goat cheese into 8 equal parts, and roll out into cylindrical shape about as long as your hand is wide. Coat these in a mixture of chopped dates and walnuts.
Wrap each of your 8 cheese balls in the egg roll wrappers, using the directions on the package. Don't forget to use a little warm water to seal them!
Fry your egg rolls for about 2 minutes each side. Drain well, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve warm!
